TOCO 2008 TOCO Family Festival patrons rally Friday September 5th & Saturday SEPTEMBER 6th for 48 hours of fun, beginning at 3pm at CAMP ONDESSONK: 3760 Ondessonk Road, Ozark, Illinois 62972; inside the magnificent Shawnee National Forrest. TOCO offers one-of-a-kind tree house CAMPING (hostel style unless reserving an entire treehouse), limited tent camping, & other lodging options such as bunking inside Camp Ondessonk’s air conditioned retreat center. Campers enjoy AMAZING MUSIC VENUE inside a giant screened in porch, covered VENDING, FOOD & DRINK, SWIMMING, FISHING, CANOEING, HORSEBACK RIDING, as well as an ARTIST CARAVAN & COLLECTIVE ARTS PROJECT featuring the wares of talented folk artists. Visitors pick up RAFFLE TICKETS for a chance to win great prizes. In the KIDS PLAY PARTY ZONE kids find hands on creative art activities such as shaker making, painting, & the famous tree diva coloring contest. The area will also feature a special RePlay Music Demo presented by Rodney Branigan & his London crew. TOCO also believes strongly in community education and hosts an Awareness Walk where patrons & not for profit groups exchange intelligent ideas.
